Hi, I’m Robin Farley!

Certified Health Coach & Board Certified Physician Assistant, specializing in midlife fatigue, menopause, and autoimmune wellness.

Over 25 years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Living with MS, and the unrelenting fatigue that comes with it, taught me that true wellness isn’t about perfection, but about creating small changes and sustainable habits that truly support the body.

My journey has inspired me to help other peri and menopausal women who are also dealing with the added challenges of an autoimmune condition. I know how frustrating it is when your body doesn’t match your willpower.

That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing what’s helped me manage my own fatigue and feel more like myself again. My goal is to help you find simple, realistic ways to reclaim your energy and live your best life, even when your energy just won’t keep up with your intentions.

6. How are the sessions scheduled?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to schedule your three private 45-minute sessions at times that work best for you. Sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere, even from your couch if that’s what your energy allows that day.

7. What if I can’t finish all three sessions right away?

No problem! You’ll have up to 90 days to complete your sessions, giving you plenty of flexibility to move at your own pace. This process is meant to support your energy, not rush it.

8. Is this a replacement for medical treatment?

No, this program is designed to complement, not replace, medical care. I bring both my medical background as a Physician Assistant and my training as a Certified Health Coach to help you bridge the gap between medical management and daily energy support.
