Hi, I’m Robin Farley!
I’m a Physician Assistant with over 26 years of clinical experience, now dedicated as a certified health coach for women in midlife.
My mission is to help peri- and menopausal women living with autoimmune conditions reclaim their energy, rebuild strength, and feel confident in their bodies again.
From daily exhaustion → to steadier, more reliable energy
From confusion and mixed advice → to clear, personalized guidance
From starting over repeatedly → to consistent habits you can actually maintain
You’re not “just tired.”
If you’re in perimenopause or menopause and living with an autoimmune condition, the exhaustion, brain fog, and depleted energy can feel all-consuming. My work is dedicated to helping women reclaim steady energy, strength, and clarity, without extreme protocols, guilt, or the pressure to do everything perfectly.
When hormones are shifting and inflammation is already part of your baseline, generic wellness advice often backfires. You don’t need more hustle or another rigid plan. You need a supportive, personalized approach that works with your body.
That’s why my coaching is built around four sustainable pillars:
- Nourish (using nutrition to stabilize energy and calm inflammation),
- Move (to build strength without flares or crashes),
- Connect (to reduce mental load and feel supported), and
- Restore (to improve sleep, recovery, and stress resilience).
These pillars provide the foundation, but personalization is everything. There is no one-size-fits-all here. In this season of life, you deserve guidance that meets you where you are and walks alongside you, not more information without support.
Specializing in midlife fatigue, menopause, and autoimmune wellness
SO HOW DID I GET HERE? Over 25 years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. And while fatigue was a constant companion, it wasn’t the only thing. It was the way my body could feel unpredictable, the way my energy could disappear without warning, and the way I often had to “look fine” while working twice as hard just to keep up.
I became deeply familiar with the internal tug-of-war so many women live with: pushing through because you have to… and dealing with the predictable energy crashes, flares, or burnout that follow.
Then midlife arrived, and with it, the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Suddenly, the fatigue felt different: heavier, more persistent, and tied to sleep disruption, brain fog, mood changes, and a body that didn’t respond the way it used to.
It was frustrating, because I had years of clinical experience, yet I still found myself thinking, why is this so hard? Why does what used to work not work anymore?
That’s when I stopped chasing “more discipline” and started focusing on what actually moves the needle for women in this season: blood sugar stability, inflammation support, nervous system regulation, strength-based movement, and recovery that matches real life. I began building tiny, repeatable habits that worked even on low-energy days, and those habits changed everything.
Today, I live by the same principles I coach because they’re what helped me create a life with more steadiness, capacity, and confidence in my body again.
Do I still protect my energy? Absolutely. Now it’s intentional, not restrictive. And I want that for you- to know what supports you, to feel stronger over time, and to see your body’s changing needs as feedback, not failure.
The transformation I help women create through personalized health coaching isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to a stronger, steadier version of yourself, supported in a way that truly fits your body and this season of life.
Clients often come to me feeling:
Drained no matter how much they rest
Foggy, irritable, or emotionally flat
Frustrated by weight changes and “meno-belly”
Stuck in the cycle of pushing → crashing → guilt → repeating
Unsure what to do that won’t make things worse
And what becomes possible is real, tangible change:
More stable energy (not just random “good days”)
Fewer crashes and more confidence in how to pace yourself
Strength you can feel in your body again
Clearer thinking and better follow-through
Tools for sleep, stress, and boundaries that actually stick
A plan that’s realistic, supportive, and sustainable
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things in a way your body can maintain.
