Hi, I’m Robin!

Physician Assistant of 26+ years in clinical practice turned Health Coach

I truly understand what it means to feel exhausted in your own body.

With over 25 years of living with multiple sclerosis, and having navigated through perimenopause into menopause, I know firsthand the relentless fatigue, brain fog, night sweats, and sleepless nights that so many women face in midlife.

Through years of trial and error, I tried it all from tweaking my nutrition to calm inflammation and prevent energy crashes, pushing myself in workouts to stay in shape and fight off the stubborn ‘meno belly,’ to discovering how resistance training could build strength without leaving me wiped out.

I experimented with endless sleep routines including cooling the room, cutting caffeine, magnesium before bed and so many others but I still woke drenched from night sweats and tossing covers aside during hot flashes. And yes, all of this would inevitably result in me wide awake, miserable, and staring at the ceiling after another 3 a.m. wake-up.

I practiced stress-management techniques to keep cortisol from running the show and worked on mindset shifts to stay consistent even when MS fatigue hit hard.

Living through menopause while managing MS showed me firsthand which strategies truly restore energy, and which only leave you more depleted.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to walk this road alone.
